This charity striper tournament will kick
off on Sunday evening, June 22nd, and conclude on Monday, June 23rd.
 This
fishing tournament will be a super opportunity to get
out on the water in your boat, your neighbor's boat, or fish from
shore. We will have two big parties, one to kick off the
tournament on Sunday June 22nd and another to crown the top fishermen
on Monday June 23rd; both will be held at the Dockside Restaurant
on York Harbor.
All proceeds will be donated to York Hospital and the Coastal Conservation
Association.
This will be a catch and release tournament format. Fishing can
begin at 5 am on Monday, June 23. A Captain's Party and Registration
will be hosted by the Dockside
Guest Quarters and Restaurant on the lawn overlooking the entrance
to York Harbor on Sunday evening, June 22. The judging, wrap-up
party, and awards presentations will take place at Dockside Restaurant
beginning at 2:00 on June 23.
Cost: $125 per person. Admission includes
Captain's Party, tournament goody bag, fishing tournament, tape
measure, and Wrap-up Party. The fee for Youths 14 and Under
is $50 per person. Guests are welcomed to attend the Captain's Party
with dinner and auctions; guest fee is $35.
Payments: In order to maintain the
charitable status of your donations, all payments
by check must be made out to York Hospital/Fishing. On-line payments
will be submitted through this website. All proceeds of the
event will be split equally between the two organizations.
