Step 2: Pay your tournament fee(s).
Your application form has been submitted. To complete your registration,
payment is required. If you do not have a PayPal account,
you will have an opportunity to create one or you may complete your
transaction using a credit card.
IMPORTANT: Your
application will not be complete until we receive both the completed
on-line form and your PayPal payment. Please read the following
options:
Instructions: Please select the appropriate
buttons based on what fees you want to pay with either your PayPal
account or a credit card. Selecting an "Add to Cart" button will
result in the opening of a PayPal shopping cart window. Depending
on your Web browser, you may have to maneuver
between this page and the PayPal Cart page until you complete your
shopping cart.

appropriate names on the application form so we can apply
your payments correctly.
