 UNDERSTANDING
THE RULES
It is the responsibility of all participants
to familiarize themselves with all the rules
and regulations and agree to abide by said rules and regulations.
Participants also agree that all decisions
of the Tournament Committee are final.
All participants will be required to sign
the release
and indemnification agreement (refered to as the Waiver on the
application form). Participants under age 18 will need a parent
or legal guardian to sign on their behalf. Copies will be available
at the check-in desk at the Captain's Party for you to sign.
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST DECLARE THE STRIPED
BASS DIVISION IN WHICH THEY PLAN TO COMPETE. Because this
tournament has cash and prize awards, the tournament committee requires
that all participants must declare their intent to compete in either
the Catch & Release or the Harvest Division prior to the start of
fishing. (Youth are exempt from this requirement.) See section 14
of the tournament rules. You will be asked to do this at tournament
check-in.
